This Finnsailer 29 has been well cared for by her present owner. It is a reluctant sell, she would make a great live aboard as has a separate aft cabin away from the Galley and Saloon, its very spacious with vanity unit . Also would be great as a holiday boat. Needs a few things updated but not much and this boat would give you hours of economical pleasure and leisure time on the water

Extensive deck spaces incorporate ample seating and dining areas with large sun pads, relaxation chairs, also a hot tub and a bar. Boatbuilding Services have fitted out very many narrowboats over the years, and Belmont was almost their final boat. The 60ft shell was custom built for them with a semi-trad stern and the currently popular aft galley lay-out. The living room is central with a range cooker and free standing furniture, the bathroom is off the passage and the bedroom is forward with unusually, a centrally positioned fixed bed. Forward of the bedhead are two wardrobes and access to the foredeck. Storage is excellent. The engine is a Yanmar Shire 45, there is diesel central heating, a stand-alone Mase generator, inverter, battery charger, pump-out wc and plenty more, including a BSC to November 2021. Engine hours are minimal although it has been regularly run and always serviced correctly. A very good value liveaboard boat.
Trad with engine room.
Jenny Wren was built as a 46ft narrowboat, in the truly traditional manner and to a classic design by Gilbert and Brothers of Coventry in the early 1980s. Recently the base has been overplated, the exterior of the cabin has been professionally repainted and internally much has been done to tidy up and make it more homely. The front cockpit has a new steel floor, the water tank is stainless steel and overall the boat is now ready to go for the 2017 season. There is an engine room with a solid 2.2 BMC diesel, aft of which is the traditional boatmans cabin with fold down double berth plus a single, forward of the engine room is the shower on one side and a large cupboard opposite. The living area is forward with a galley to one side and plenty of space for free standing furniture and a solid fuel stove. The large forward cockpit has a new cratch cover and the Boat Safety Certificate lasts until mid-2020; there is a 240v inverter and a battery charger and an Eberspacher diesel boiler for central heating.
Trad style narrowboat
Liberator was a bespoke build, to a high standard by R.S.Narrowboats. It has been well maintained, with a full exterior repaint in traditional colours, in recent years and in excellent condition and a survey from 2017 is available from the broker’s office. Equipped with a diesel generator, washing machine, diesel stove in lounge plus Alde central heating, solar panel and Sterling Pro Battery charger (maintaining the batteries in good condition), double glazed windows, LED lighting, stainless steel water tank, pump-out wc, etc etc. The layout would suit a family with 2 single berths aft, bathroom, bedroom with fixed double, galley and forward living area with seating that will convert to more berths. There is an extra wide rear hatch giving easy access and the interior is lined in solid oak T&G to the ceiling with oak faced ply to the cabin sides. This is high quality boat, well built and well equipped which is well worth a viewing, by a traditionalist.
