| Recently I have been disturbed by the quantity of ads on YouTube and other social media platforms offering ways to make vast sums of money with very little work. One particularly annoying young lady claims to have made hundreds of thousands of dollars by getting A.I to write books for her and then selling them on Amazon. Another young man stands by a white board showing how he has made millions from investing in real estate without every actually parting with any money.
Over my career I have met some of the world’s wealthiest and most powerful individuals, and if I have learned anything it is that there is no such thing as free money. It takes hard work, commitment, and a smart business plan. Even then things can and do go wrong so a big dose of resilience and persistence is also essential.
