, but I’m referring of course to keeping multiple deals on the go at the same time, juggling deals as if they are jugglers balls. Maybe I should have used “skittles” instead.
Anyway, on Wednesday 12th March I’ll be hosting a free webinar with the title Yacht Brokerage Secrets: Is success really just about luck?” The answer of course is NO and one of the things that I’ll be covering is the importance of keeping multiple deals alive at the same time. If you are representing two or three yachts that are for sale with prices in the 1 or 2 million dollar mark for example, and then a client tells you that they want to buy a 50 million dollar dutch built superyacht, that big skittle can take your eyes off the other three smaller skittles and you can easily neglect them as you chase after the bigger deal.
BIG MISTAKE, and I’ve seen brokers over and over again making this mistake and ending up with NOTHING
