"Certified Professional Members" of AYB posting here are subject to regular online forensic analysis for integrity and performance. To promote clear and honest classified posts, all except new or small groups are moderated to ensure only posts by individual Accredited Marine professionals of proven competence and integrity remain

3. Use the “Sell Something” option. "Discussion" posts are no longer banned, but be aware that they are not in "The Method" as published by AYB, getting less than 10% of sales compared to "Sell Something" posts . No REELS nor Videos. Facebook prevents most “Pages” making "For Sale" posts so switch your Facebook identity back to your personal profile before posting First join, post & share from “Yachts for Sale” group https://www.facebook.com/groups/sellyachts Only post in groups where the Group Title EXACTLY fits post item.
4. Enter accurate “Title”, “Price” and “Location”. Enter each where indicated. No web-links in the title Give some useful info in TITLE. Include Year, Length, Make, Model. For LOCATION put your nearest City (not zip or postcode) Enter a very detailed description. Minimum of 20 characters. Minimum 3 photos in ads. You may ONLY LINK BACK to your own entries on https://ayb.yachts and on https://aybro.com
5. Now Post to other groups – and Marketplace. Post to all Yachts Classified groups where your item fits the group title… https://ayb.yachts/classifieds LENGTH must be shown in your Post Title AND fit the Group Title (NB feet are not meters, https://ayb.yachts/convert ) Do NOT post boats with a SAIL in a "MOTOR YACHTS..... " group Do NOT Post boats with NO SAIL in a "SAILING YACHTS......"group Take great care not to mis-post.
6. Service providers must post an example for sale. Choose one example offer, with price, to sell in each post You can still add the full description of all the other services you offer in the description field. You can post many different examples in separate posts.
7. Only Yacht/boats in yachts groups or be BANNED No moorings, JOBS, motors, chains, ropes, sails, radios. cars, trucks, bikes, anchors, winches, stoves, toilets, tanks, pumps, sofas, curtains. dolls, Starlink, paintings, books, deck-fittings, etc. No Dinghies, Tenders, Charters or boats to RENT in Yacht SALES groups No Yachts for SALE in "Yacht CHARTERS" or Houseboats to RENT EXCEPT where the group title fits e.g.:- TRAILERS, CHANDLERY, MARINAS & MOORINGS BOAT TRANSPORT and MARINE ELECTRONICS
8. Exemption for Small, New, or Minority groups There is a temporary exception to rule 2 above for this group. So private individuals as well as Marine Industry Professionals, may post their own single item in this group, to promote faster growth of the group. "Sale by owner" is thus allowed in this group on a temporary basis.
